Love... That four letter word that has the power to make a person go insane. That feeling that feels so good, but can cause so much pain. Love! How good has it really been to you? Well, I have some stories too!
Life
This journey called life is different for us all. But the one thing we all have in common is an experience that has brought us change. Though some stories are more interesting than others, some form of a lesson was learned. And to me, it should bring growth. Well, in my lifetime, I've experienced child sexual abuse, depression, divorce, and so much more, and boy have I grown.
Depression
Depression is difficult to understand if you haven't suffered from it yourself. It's uninterested. It's sadness, worthlessness and loneliness. It's constant worrying or even feeling misunderstood. For many it's bigger than that dark hole, it can be death.

Teacher of Love and Empowerment
I want to teach love by empowering others to be patient, true and kind to themselves. This game is called life and it is tough. And at this point in the game, I refuse to give up...I plan to win! But as I continue to use my inner strength to defeat my past, I want to share the wisdom and empower others along my journey. And I plan to do this by sharing my truth. Enjoy!
